Use Alerts to receive notifications before spending or credit balances require attention. A monitor sends notifications; it does not itself block requests or change models.

Choose a monitor

Percentage monitors need a usage limit on their scope. A Strategy’s routing budget is separate. Use a remaining-credit monitor if your goal is to watch Edgee credit purchases.

Create a monitor

  1. Open Alerts → Create monitor.
  2. In Monitor, choose the type and the relevant key, member, or squad.
  3. In Threshold, choose the offered budget percentage or enter the minimum remaining balance.
  4. In Notify, configure the recipients and notification channels.
  5. Review and save. Find the monitor under Monitors and check that it is enabled.

Notification channels

Open Notifications on the Alerts page to configure organization notification settings. For Slack, create an incoming webhook for the intended channel, enter it in the console, and save. Treat the webhook URL as a secret. Review the email recipients and Slack selection on each monitor. Verify the configured destination before relying on the notification for operational response.

Investigate and resolve

The Overview tab shows triggered and resolved counts and the alert activity table. Use filters to find the scope and period you need. Open the affected key, member, squad, or credit balance to identify the cause. Resolve an alert after investigating it. Marking an alert resolved does not replenish credits, reset spending, or change a limit.

Edit or stop a monitor

Use Monitors to edit thresholds and recipients, disable a monitor temporarily, or delete it. If a monitor stays silent, check that it is enabled, the scope has the required usage limit, and the selected notification channel is configured.
